The Onigiri Apparel project represents some of my most dedicated work to date. From the initial concept sketches to the final production-ready files, my focus was entirely on elevating the anime streetwear aesthetic. I invested an immense amount of energy into refining the balance between bold, character-driven graphics and the minimalist, sharp silhouettes that modern streetwear demands.

For me, the “win” wasn’t just finishing the designs it was seeing them transition into the real world. I approached this with a strict portfolio-standard mindset: if it didn’t feel perfect on the screen, it wasn’t going on the clothes. I loved the process of iterating until the “soul” of each design felt right. The final result is a lineup that I am genuinely passionate about; seeing the art move from a static monitor to a wearable, tangible piece of culture is why I do this work. It’s a testament to what happens when you refuse to compromise on the creative vision.
